Judith Allnatt is a fiction writer, poet and experienced tutor. Her novels have been featured as a Radio 5 ‘Book of the Month’ and shortlisted for the East Midlands Book Award as well as the Portico Prize for Literature.

Her short fiction and poetry has been listed for many awards including the Commonwealth Short Story Award, Bridport Prize, Radio 4 Showcase and the National Poetry Competition.

She has worked widely as a Writer in Residence and has most recently served as a Royal Literary Fund Fellow.

Judith is an exceptional communicator, skilled in conducting inspirational  workshops with lasting impact, joyful learning, and profound insights into the art of creative writing. She listens attentively, responds with genuine warmth, and provides incredibly encouraging guidance. Judith’s unique ability to infuse her creative energy, the same that fuels her own writing, into the challenges faced by her students, unlocks a world of imaginative solutions.
