A simple border completes the top before you fit a handle bow and wrap it securely. You’ll have access to a selection of willow varieties so your finished basket reflects your own style and taste. SUMMARY:Wildlife Survey Skills: Harvest Mouse Monitoring (age 18-30)
DESCRIPTION:This event is designed for young people aged 18-30 in partnership with the Nene Valley Mammal Youth Group. \nJoin the team at Stanwick Lakes to take part in monitoring the harvest mouse population on the nature reserve as part of the national Harvest Mouse survey. Learn how to identify suitable habitat\, search for harvest mouse nests\, and collect valuable data that contributes to a national citizen science project. This is a great opportunity to develop practical wildlife survey skills\, connect with like-minded people\, and take positive action for conservation. Every survey helps improve our understanding of harvest mouse populations and helps us to protect the harvest mouse population at Stanwick Lakes.
