Winter Hours: From 26/10/24 the carpark is locked at 5.30pm.
The Visitor Centre closes at 5pm. Café is open until 3pm, or 4pm during weekends and the school holidays.
Please note, the waterplay feature is closed Monday mornings for routine cleaning and maintenance.

Big Bronze Age Boat Build – Build Weekend
13th April 2024 @ 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
The Build continues!
Observe our boat build team of volunteers, led by Dr. James Dilley from Ancient Craft, as they undertake the very ambitious heritage project of creating a replica Bronze Age log boat using only replica Bronze Age tools.
This National Lottery Funded project will explore the skills, knowledge and expertise our Bronze Age ancestors would have acquired to make use of our beautiful waterways.
The build is taking place outside by our heritage barns and will be viewable from the main pathway.
