Summer Hours: The Visitor Centre closes at 5pm. The carpark is locked at 7pm.
Our café is open until 4pm (last hot food orders) during weekends and the school holidays.
Please note, the waterplay feature is closed Monday mornings for routine cleaning and maintenance.
An overview
A talk spanning ancient & modern times, with many peculiar items. There is also an option to explore the area yourselves afterwards, to find a few of them, including blackberries!
The speaker:
Susan Copperwheat, a Local & Social Historian based in East Northamptonshire, and a member of Northamptonshire Heritage Forum.
“I have been running my own business giving my unique talks for over 14 years, plus outdoor talks & tours, since 2020. They are informative with some humour as well and include my unique photographs / booklets.”
This talks starts at 2.00pm and will be approx. 45mins – 1 hour.
If you choose a cream tea or afternoon tea this will be served after the talk. Lunch bookings will be at 12.30pm.
All tickets include parking for the duration of the event and ticket type.
Members, of course, benefit from free parking all day.
