Join us for a week full of family fun this half-term at Stanwick Lakes! Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventures or creative indoor activities, we have something for everyone. Explore the playground, tackle the assault course, or join one of our ranger-led sessions like fire lighting, den building, and nature crafting. For those seeking a unique experience, try your hand at axe-throwing under expert guidance – perfect for all skill levels (ages 11+).
You can also take on our Ghostly Heritage Trail around Celtic Lake, or enjoy paper crafts in the Visitor Centre.
Don’t forget, all outdoor activities are under the elements, so bring your waterproofs and wellies!
Inside the Visitor Centre, we have a range of family-friendly craft activities, including spooky pottery painting and children’s creepy crafts – which are drop-in. Or book ahead for our Willow Lantern Workshops in the Discovery Zone.
Whether you’re crafting a festive lantern, creating creepy crafts, or helping with nature surveys, there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained this half-term.
