SUMMARY:Open Water Swimming
DESCRIPTION:For 2026\, we are pleased to offer weekly open water swimming sessions\, taking place every Friday evening throughout the summer season\, from Friday 15th May to Friday 28th August. This is our most regular programme to date\, giving swimmers the opportunity to build a consistent routine and enjoy the benefits of swimming in a unique natural setting. \nAll sessions are fully lifeguarded and supported by an experienced on-water safety team\, ensuring a safe and structured environment for open water swimming. \nAs a nature reserve and designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI)\, Stanwick Lakes is subject to strict protections. With her friendly and enthusiastic approach\, she aims to inspire\, whether you simply want to try something new or are a budding artist.
