Move to the Beat: Chair Exercise Teaser Classes

Qualified instructor Niki Dunkley of Silver Strength is bringing her popular chair exercise classes ‘Move to the Beat’ to Stanwick Lakes for just £3.50. Her classes enable you to engage in gentle yet effective workouts, in a safe, controlled way. These classes are tailored to cater to various fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can join in and benefit.

FREE Activities to Enhance Your Wellbeing:

Health Walks: Join our regular, friendly groups and take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque trails of Stanwick Lakes. These walks are not just a great way to stay active but also a chance to meet like-minded individuals who are happy to chat or lend an ear, appreciate the great outdoors.
