Our sessions offer unique opportunities to learn about ‘The Natural World’. Led by our friendly and experienced team, they have been specifically designed to support both the Early Years Statutory Framework and enquiry-led learning. Ready to start planning your visit? Seasonal Explorers

Observe the seasonal changes here at Stanwick Lakes and learn about how the weather and day length can affect our wildlife. Perfect for those learning to understand ‘The Natural World’ at EYFS or those learning about ‘Seasonal changes’ at Key Stage One.

Plant Detectives

Discover the plants that thrive in our woodland and wetland habitats, and explore how they can change with the seasons. Perfect for those learning about ‘The Natural World’ at EYFS.

Brilliant Birds

Discover the birds that call Stanwick Lakes home, using your senses to explore what makes them so brilliant. A perfect session for Early Years learners investigating ‘The Natural World’ at EYFS.
