Planning Your Visit

Planning a school visit to Stanwick Lakes is simple!

Choose the session/s you are interested in. You can choose any sessions from both our nature and heritage offer. Each of our sessions last ninety minutes, these usually run from 10.30am-12.00pm or/and 1.00pm-2.30pm. We therefore recommend choosing two sessions to make the most out of your day.

Contact us below with your question/topic, your chosen session/s, any preferred date/s, and group size. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Once we have agreed your session/s and the date of your visit, we will create a two week provisional booking for you and provide you with a booking form to complete, this includes our terms and conditions.

Once your booking form is returned to us, we will then confirm your booking, provide you with our guidance risk assessments and arrange a pre-visit and we will provide you with your day schedule.

Finally, two weeks prior to your visit we will get in touch for you to ask any last minute questions, before welcoming you on the day.

Each session costs £180.00 for up to 32 children. If you would like to combine two sessions then our Theme Day costs £310.00 for up to 32 children. All supporting adults are free of charge. For groups under 20 please enquire for our minimum charges.

Our booked sessions include:

CUMMINS INC BURSARY

Global Leaders. Supporting Local Schools.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Cummins Inc who in partnership with Global Giving have generously created a new bursary for schools. With a recent report by the NCF showing that 20% of children living in North Northamptonshire are living in low-income families, this funding will help to ensure that all local children can access learning outside the classroom. If you are a school in North Northamptonshire or the surrounding area and you exceed 35% Pupil Premium, then speak to us today about a fully funded visit.
