Christmas – Santa’s Grotto Information
Tickets for your visit to Santa’s Grotto are bookable online in advance again this year.

We’ve been busy working with the elves to make sure Santa can once again bring Christmas cheer to all at Stanwick Lakes!

Please read on for all information you’ll need to book your tickets.

Tickets are available at two prices:

£13.50 per child  – this price is per child for an individual, sibling or family visit – meaning that only members of your party will visit Santa at your booking time.
£9.50 per child  – this price is per child for an open group visit – which means that the booking time is available to other parties to book. Other children, families and groups that book the same time as you with this ticket type will join the group for a shared, collective experience.

All visits include meeting Santa and receiving an age-appropriate token gift.  Accompanying adults* are free of charge.
All bookings can request a Quiet Session at the time of booking.

What does the ticket include?
  • – A lovely traditional journey through the Elves workshop to discover Santa in his cabin, in amongst the sparkling Christmas trees.
  • – A personal or group experience and chat with the big man himself.
  • – The opportunity to take a special photographic memento of your visit before you leave.
  • – Each child will receive an age-appropriate token gift from Father Christmas.

This includes managing the nature reserve for wildlife, looking after the play equipment and the upkeep of miles of paths for walking and cycling.
