Summer hours are now in effect! (from March 23rd). Please note that the car park is open until 7pm. The Visitor centre still closes at 5pm.
Please note the water play area is closed on Monday mornings for routine cleaning and maintenance.
Everyone is welcome but it will be best suited to learners aged 5–11 or those accessing the Key Stages 1 & 2 curriculum. It will offer home education families the chance to take part in three timed sessions, designed around our values of nature, heritage and adventure. As well as more informal, drop-in learning activities. The timed sessions on the day will include Pond Dipping, our new Dig Detectives session and Den Building! We can’t wait to see you there.

Parking charges apply (except for members or with 4 or more Live Music Passes, which include free parking), and small fees apply to some activities – all supporting our accessible play campaign.
