Kerrie Suteu Workshops
Kerrie Suteu Workshops
Overview
Kerrie’s workshops at Stanwick Lakes demonstrate techniques using the linocut technique showcasing her bold designs. Linocut is a relief printmaking method where traditional lino is carved away. Whatever lino is left behind is then inked and shows as the colour print.
During Kerrie’s workshops you will design and carve your very own linocut stamp, and will be guided through each step: sketching your design, transferring it onto lino, carving safely, inking your block, and finally printing your design. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a product to take home with you, plus the skills and confidence to print again at home.
All workshops are designed to be accessible to all abilities, with all materials provided and no previous experience required. Lizzie uses sustainable products.
Together, these workshops offer a wonderful way to create a beautiful object inspired by nature.
