Lizzie’s workshops at Stanwick Lakes demonstrate techniques using mixed media, printmaking and imaginative drawing to create designs and products inspired by the natural world.
All workshops are designed to be accessible to all abilities, with all materials provided and no previous experience required.

About the Tutor
Lizzie Ault
Lizzie Ault is inspired by wildlife and folklore, her art telling the stories of the landscape and those who live within it. Folklore explains the inexplicable and brings sense and magic to the ordinary. Her work is inspired by the icons of East Anglian folk tales such as eels, swans, lapwings and geese as well as the monsters, will-o’-the-wisps, boggarts, and witches.
Lizzie uses the art of printmaking, mixed media, and digital techniques alongside careful observation and imaginative drawing to bring her ideas to life.
