Courses & Workshops Manager
Part-time (30 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract. Based on site at Stanwick Lakes (NN9 6GY), with flexible working including evenings and weekends.
Salary £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a key role within the Stanwick Lakes team, responsible for leading the development, delivery and growth of our high-quality, income-generating programme of courses and workshops.
Working across heritage, conservation and contemporary themes, you will create a cohesive and commercially successful programme that supports our wider education and engagement offer and aligns with our charitable objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external tutors to deliver a diverse and engaging programme, while maintaining a strong focus on audience development and income generation.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and administration, managing all aspects of the programme from concept development through to booking systems, logistics and delivery.
