Watercolour Painting Course

Course Overview

Join us with our Resident Artist Louise Berrill for an inspiring watercolour painting class where creativity flows as freely as the paint on your brush!

Each 2.5 hour session will focus on a different subject and area of emphasis, ensuring that every class brings something new and exciting to explore. We’ll cover a wide range of practical skills, from the essential steps of surface preparation to the application of paint, as well as how to effectively use various tools and mediums.

Throughout these sessions, you’ll learn techniques to create washes, build layers, add texture, and refine fine details. Each month, we’ll draw inspiration from different subjects, helping you develop a broader range of skills and ideas in your watercolour painting practice.

Parking is included in the ticket price.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the session are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, please speak to our team so we can discuss how we may be able to accommodate you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, bookings made online may be eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period. However, if the session is scheduled to take place within this period, this right no longer applies.

If the booking is made directly with Stanwick Lakes, we ask that all cancellation requests must be made by via email to: info@rftrust.org.uk and should include your full name, booking reference (if available), session date or title, and reason for cancellation.
